Because this was photographed through and office window - double-paned glass - and there was some refraction.

Thank you. I'm doing these in b&w because it puts the focus on the structures - the colors around the architecture tend to detract from that focus a bit. Anyway, thanks for your comment!

Great photograph but would've loved to see the colour shot!
